II. Structure description:
2.1 As shown in the figure, each part is heated separately, and the temperature is controlled on the distribution cabinet.
2.2 Main components of heating protective clothing: carbon fiber silicone heating wire + fire insulation cotton + silica gel coating cloth + digital display temperature control cabinet (set). The temperature can be set and adjusted according to the customer's environment to meet the customer's working conditions and ensure the normal operation of the robot.

3.3 Check whether the installation of the electric heating shield is smooth and fit.
3.4 Connect the power supply, first close the internal air switch, and then turn the knob on the instrument panel 90 degrees clockwise. Check whether all the indicator lights are on.
3.5 Under the initial state, the heating starts when the temperature is below 25℃ by default, and stops when the temperature is above 25℃; Reheat when temperature is below 15 ° C. The suit automatically controls the temperature between 15 ° C and 25 ° C (because the heating wire still gives off some heat after the power is cut off, the sensor is located near the heating line, so the temperature measured is higher than that measured outside).
3.6 The customer can change the initial temperature according to the situation. Change method: press parameter increase key/decrease key. For example: change to 30℃, after the protective clothing heating starts, heating stops when the temperature is higher than 30℃, and starts heating again when the temperature is lower than 20℃. (The remaining internal parameters have been debugged, and customers can adjust them appropriately according to the specific ambient temperature. It is recommended that the maximum temperature should not exceed 40℃. If in doubt, please consult our company.)
3.7 Commissioning and acceptance: set the temperature, start up the temperature, run the robot, the normal operation shall prevail.
